QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES warrants that Products shall be delivered free from defects in material, workmanship and title and that Services shall be performed in a competent, diligent manner in accordance with any mutually agreed specifications.
The warranty for Products shall expire one (1) year from first use from delivery or installation or acceptance, whichever occurs first, The warranty for Services shall expire one (1) year after performance of the Service.
QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES offers a 1 Month warranty on repairs associated to computers, cash registers, money counters; However during the 1 month warranty period, should the equipement be damaged due to lighting, power spike,negligence, Malicious damage, load shedding, rats or insect damage, the WARRANTY WILL BE VOID.
We offer a 1 Year Warranty on CCTV Products. The warranty Covers the Cameras, The Power supply, The DVR, The Hard Drive, The Monitor, The USB Mouse. We Do Not Warrant the installation of the cameras. PLEASE NOTE we only give 1 month warranty on the installation of CCTV systems. If you have a problem after a month, bear in mind the R450 call out & labour charge.
If you log a call with us to come out to your site to fix a problem you have with your cameras, please bear in mind that a call out Fee of R450 is chargeable and payable in cash once we are done fixing.
Should you find yourself still in the 1 year warranty period and you incur a problem with the monitor (For Example) , we will gladly replace the monitor at no charge, however you will have to pay the call out fee and labour charge of R450 for us to come out and change it onsite.
If you refuse to pay for the call out & labour charge, then feel free to come in to our store, to collect the monitor and change it yourself. The same applies to cameras, power supplies, slip printers, pc's, dvr's, cash registers, money counters. If you cant pay the labour charge, THEN DO IT YOURSELF.
We do not warrant any item that has been affected by lightening, power spike, virus, malware, adware, spyware, insects, load shedding, negligence, malicious damage.
